We work with small businesses that don't need (or want) a big managed-services contract, and with home users who just want their internet, computers, and devices to work without a hassle. Every job gets scoped to what you actually need — not a bundled package of extras.
Most support happens remotely, since it's usually the fastest way to get a fix in place. When a job calls for hands-on work — running cable, setting up new hardware, walking a network closet — we schedule an on-site visit around Novi and the surrounding Metro Detroit communities.
